Biarkan saya berkisah,
Pada suatu ketika,
Abib kecil, seorang anak SD kelas 5 merasa heran akan perilaku orang-orang
dewasa, ia penasaran dengan tingkah laku mereka terlebih dari cara bertutur.
Banyak ia temui orang-orang yang tak segan-segan berkata kotor (saru). Entah
dapat dari mana kata-kata itu, pikir Abib kecil. Dari preman pasar, jalanan,
dan kebun binatang. Lebih parah, bahkan
teman sebaya pun ikut-ikutan.
Entah kenapa Abib
kecil merasa sangat ingin tahu, kenapa?
Walaupun Abib
kecil tak tahu banyak tentang kata kotor (saru), namun ia faham kata-kata itu
digunakan untuk apa. Lantas rasa penasaran itu semakin besar, karena ia tak
temukan jawaban selang beberapa hari, ia pun berniat untuk mencobanya sendiri,
“Kenapa sih
orang-orang dewasa mudah mengatakan kata-kata kotor (saru)? Gimana ya rasanya?”
fikirnya dalam hati
Pagi hari, disaat
Abib kecil sekolah tepat setelah bel berbunyi istirahat. Lalu, ia bermain
kejar-kejaran dengan teman sekelasnya, ya bermain kejar-kejaran. Maklumlah,
pula permainan itu paling asyik baginya. Manakala temannya jadi pengejar,
mereka pun berlari kencang, menyebar di daerah yang mereka telah sepakati.
Lari, lari, dan lari. Agar tidak tertangkap.
Dan, tiba-tiba tak
sengaja
“Brukk..” Abib
kecil dan temannya bertabrakan.
Agak marah Abib
kecil sedikit kesal,
“Kamu gimana sih,
AS*?” dan secara sengaja ia mengatakannya
Kagetlah 3
temannya yang mendengarkan kata itu, sedang yang lain tetap lari serta tak
peduli
“Hay bib..” ingat
temannya.
Abib kecil pun
hanya diam terpaku. Dan seketika ada perasaan aneh yang terkecap di lisannya,
pikiran, dan hatinya. Bukan mendapat jawaban malah menambah hal yang membuatnya
penasaran. Pertama, tata bertutur orang-orang dewasa dengan kata-kata kotor
(saru), kedua manakala ia coba langsung ada perasaan aneh lagi.
Tahun demi tahun
berlalu, dan sekarang Abib kecil telah tumbuh menjadi seorang remaja. Namun
semenjak kejadian hari itu, kelas 5 SD. Ia tak lupa akan kenangan aneh yang
pernah dilakukannya serta ia tak pernah melakukannya lagi. Seraya ia terus
mencari jawaban, yang belum ia temukan. Manakala ia belajar di pondok, barulah
ia mengerti mengapa?

Kini, Abib besar
telah tahu mengapa ia merasa aneh saat bertutur kata kotor jauh di tahun yang
lalu.
Begitulah kisah
Abib kecil dan Kata kotornya, dari kisah di atas dapat di ambil ibrah,
Ketika kita berbuat suatu hal,
apapun itu. Tanyalah kedalam hati. Apakah kebaikan yang telah saya lakukan
mendamaikan saya? Dan keburukan yang saya lakukan menyusahkan saya?
Ketika kita di rumah,
susahkah kita memarahi, membangkang ibu dan bapak? Saat di sekolah, susahkah
kita mendapat nilai bagus tapi hasil mencontek? Saat bapak bangun tengah malam,
susahkah anda meninggalkan shalat malam?, namun asyik menonton pertandingan
bola 2×45 menit, sedangkan shalat malam hanya sekitar 10 menit. Saat ibu, ngrasani
tetangga, susahkah anda?
Dan ini sering terjadi, ketika kita
membiarkan panggilan adzan, susahkah kita? Dengan kata tunggu ya, Saat kita
meninggalkan shalat, susahkah kita? Dan terakhir, Saat di majlis tarawih ini,
berbaris dalam shaf-shaf, menghidupkan malam bulan ramadhan yang indah,
bahagiakah kita? Atau mungkin lebih senang menonton GGS, CHSI?
Saat itu pulalah, tanyalah dalam
hati seberapa berat takaran iman kita. Adakah kebaikan mendamaikan, atau
menyusahkan? Syekh ibnu Atha’illah berkata:
Di antara tanda matinya hati adalah
tidak adanya perasaan bersalah atas dosa yang kau lakukan, dan perasaan
menyesal atas kesempatan beramal yang kau lewatkan.
Sekian sekelumit kisah yang bisa
saya sampaikan, semoga dengannya kita menjadi pribadi yang beriman, di bulan
ramadhan yang tercurah rahmat dan ampunan.

Abstract
One of measurements of teaching learning process
success is the participation of student in teaching learning process. However,
the success up to now is still difficult to achieve. It is because of the lack
of appropriate media in learning process. In this research, the writer focuses
on using drama that drama can improve students’ motivations when teaching learning
run. It also happens at MA Nurul Islam Kriyan Jepara. Based on beginning
observations of English teaching learning process which run especially
compliment expression, it showed that teaching learning process is still
teacher-centered; meanwhile, students are only passive in joining the lesson.
Monotonous situation caused students bored and ignore the lesson. “using drama as
a media to maximize human ability will be a very significant effort because
drama is able to motivateand encourage participation in activities which will
help to achieve the learning goals.
This study is about The Effectiveness of Drama
Performance as Teaching Technique on Giving Compliment Expression at the Tenth
Grade of MA Nurul Islam Kriyan Jepara in the Academic Year of 2014/2015. The
statement of the problem in this study is; How is the effectiveness of drama
performance as teaching technique on giving
compliment expression at the tenth grade of MA Nurul Islam Kriyan Jepara in the
academic year of 2014-2015? The objective of this study is to find out the
effectiveness of drama performance as teaching technique on giving compliment
expression at the tenth grade of MA Nurul Islam Kriyan Jepara in the academic
year of 2014-2015.
The population of this research was the tenth grade
of MA Nurul Islam Kriyan Jepara. The research method was an eksperimental Research,
which conducted in two classes; the experimental group (XA) and control group (X
B) was. The( XA) was taught by using drama performance, while the (XB) was taught
without drama performance (using conventional method). The writer gave a test
to gather the data. There were two test; pre test and post test. Before items
of the test were given to the students, the writer gave tryout test to analyze
validity,reability, difficulty level and discriminating power of each item. After
the data had been collected by using test, it was found that the pretest average
of the experimental group was 57.13 and control group was 58.76. While, the
post-test average of the experimental group was 69.43 and control group was
64.08. The obtained t-test was 3.484, whereas the t-table was 1.67 for a= 5%.
The t-test score was higher than the t-table (2.055> 1.67). It was meant
that Ha was accepted while Ho was rejected. Since t-test score was higher than
the t-table, the use of drama performance as teaching technique on giving
compliment expression is effective. Based on the finding, the writer assumes
that drama performance may be used as one of alternative medium in the teaching
of compliment expression.

Issues:
In 2014,
Indonesian Children Protection Commission (KPAI) accepted more than 600
children violence cases, and more than 200 cases occurred in school or
education environment. Whereas School, properly being safe place on children
growing up and developing attitude, nowadays being a thriving “bullying”
atmosphere instead. Ironically, student not only becomes a victim but also they
become a performer. Therefore, who will responsible on this case? Education and
Culture Ministry? School? Teacher? Or that student as performer?
Description:
Again, publics
are surprised by the spread of children violence video in social media,
youtube. In that video shows there is student crying in the classroom corner
which is attacked by more than 7 students. They fist, kick, even run fast in
order to beat hard. As mentioned by the teacher of SD Bukittinggi, West
Sumatera, it happened in middle class of religion, when the teacher goes to the
office and some students anger because they put the bite on student but she reject
it. Then they are “bullying” her by some “treatments”.
Perceived from
the news, Education and Culture Minister (Kemendikbud) M. Nuh said that he will
take action against the school and teacher. Then, he stated the function of
K-13 to avoid such violence, because student is taught character building. Whereas,
Indonesian Children Protection Commission (KPAI) deplore teacher dereliction
which can’t save and protect the students.
“Bully” is an
action to disturb and annoy to others, especially the weak one. It can be mocking,
laughing, even physical as violence. As mentioned by the author of Bencana
Sekolah said violence occurred because some students are envy or feel strong among
the others. They want to get interest from teacher or friend and most of them
are not clever student. Just like Mario Teguh stated “bully” is invisible,
oftentimes it happened in all school and student as victims will show the
different behavior in their daily, they will be shame and stolid.
In fact, the
influence of violence will affect the victims indeed. In psychological, they
will keep away from the friend, be alone, and be afraid. Moreover, when it
occurs in physical treatment cause a wounds and injuries. Although the
psychological wound is harder to heal, also physical violent is not simply to
ignore it. Therefore, when the violence had happened, as the milk had spilled,
then restraining such incident becomes responsibility for all people without
taking blame in one part only.

Pendahuluan
Perkembangan hukum Islam setelah Rasulullah
SAW wafat berkembang begitu pesat. Hal itu dikarenakan pola pikir umat Islam
dalam berpendapat tentang hukum berbeda-beda. Umat islam mengalami dilema dalam
menetapkan hukum setelah Rasulullah wafat, karena begitu banyak masalah-masalah
hukum baru yang muncul yang belum ada nashnya dalam Alquran dan Hadis. Dengan
demikian muncullah berbagai pendapat mengenai hukum tentang suatu hal.
Dalam islam hal seperti ini dibolehkan dengan
syarat harus dimusyawarahkan dengan ulama-ulama yang lain atau dengan kata lain
berijtihad. Jika kita tidak mampu berijtihad dikarenakan keterbatasan
pengetahuan kita, maka kita harus mengikuti ijtihad dari salah seorang mujtahid
yang ia percayai. Dari situlah muncul hukum-hukum islam dari hasil ijtihad para
ulama, yang mana lahirlah yang disebut mazhab.
Dari penjelasan di atas, kami akan membahas
lebih lanjut mengenai mazhab-mazhab fiqih.

BACKGROUND OF STUDY
Allah
SWT have created the sky and the earth, also fill them considerably perfect,
within a reason Allah create human being representing a perfection creature.
Human being given an excess of mind to think and can differentiate which one is
right (haq) and wrong (batil). At the complex of perfection of human being in general,
Allah have showed chosen people as Allah messenger which later spread of
religion (islam) which is right (haq) to its people. Chosen people referred as
Prophet, Rasul, Wali, or Ulama’.
As Moslem, we are obliged to trust and believe
the existence of Rasul as Allah messenger. As has been contained in fourth Belief
Fundamental (Five Islam Fundamental). Allah has delegated Prophet Muhammad SAW
as last Prophet in this world. Then why Allah have to delegate Prophet and of

Sometimes mail
arrives at the post office, and it is impossible to deliver the mail. Perhaps
there is inadequate or illegible and no return address. The post office cannot
just throw this mail away, so this becomes “dead mail”. This dead mail is sent
to one of the U.S Postal Service’s dead-mail offices in Atlanta, New York,
Philadelphia, St. Paul, or San Francisco. Seventy-five million pieces of mail
can end up in the dead-mail office in one year.
The staff of
the dead-mail offices have a variety of ways to deal with all of these pieces

the mail; they open the packages in the hope that something inside will show
where the package came from or is going to. Dead mail will also be listed on a

auctions. Every three months, the public is invited in and bins containing
